The Habistat Pulse Thermostat is ideal for controlling higher-power ceramic heaters and heat layers.

A normal thermostat turns a heater on at full power until the set temperature is reached. It then turns the heater completely off until the temperature drops below the set value when the cycle starts again. The gap between the heater being turned on and then turned off is called hysteresis.

Between these points, the accuracy of the controller is evaluated.

The analog pulse thermostat continuously pulses electrically to the heater, resulting in stable and very accurate heat management.
