Contains a high amount of natural carotenoids including the easily assimilated astaxanthin which enhances colouration. Visible improvement in coloration can be seen after about two weeks of intensive feeding. Although ASTACOLOR contains only red carotenoids all colours of the fish will be stimulated. In the case of blue discs frequent use will give them a pale red. The natural carotenoids intensify the coloration, but also enhance the immune system, maturation, reproduction and general condition of the fish. Due to the fact that fish constantly use carotenoids for various physiological processes, it is extremely necessary to include them in the daily diet because fish cannot synthesize it on their own.
